Allie has been semi lucid this morning as they bring her sedatives and pain killers down. We're having a tough time trying to keep her comfortable though when she grimaces but can't talk. She does have a Yes/No board that she can point to but so far we've been unsuccessful.
The team of doctors continue to be encouraging and hope to have her breathing tube out by tomorrow. Outside chance of today but not likely.
More on her progress this afternoon.

We are Chattanooga friends of the Counds and have been thinking of you all and praying for you all. We are so thankful to read how well Allison is doing after her incredible surgery. We will keep praying for your little warrior!
